Frequently Asked Questions
Booking in advance is always preferable but we will accommodate your order to the best of our ability... at least a week's notice for weddings.
We can do a mock up if necessary but usually working closely with a prospective customer, we can communicate the idea without the mock up. We generally encourage clients to send on their vision images and encourage them to view our social media sites. Our flowers will be totally individual to the client.
Setup is usually incorporated in the whole price. We normally just look for travel to be covered but there are occasions when we need to factor in an employees wages for the day if an event is further afield.
A floral order can be changed provided we have enough notice and that we have flowers to suit the vision.
A deposit is required generally.
